COPYRIGHT QUESTION: if I made a little game and I want to put some midi music to it do I need permission…?
I made a little game and I want to use a midi file I found somewhere in the web, I cant remember where, it is in many sites anyway, but I want to put my game in the web when it is finished, it will be free though, so is it ok to use the midi music file of another person without their permission if I am not going to sell it for free and if the midi file was already there in the internet for free?
